1. Open your router configuration by going to your router config URL for example, 192.168.1.1
2. Then go to Application ->Applicatoin List->Click here to add a application
3. Write your application name for example mysql from protocol select TCP or UDP or both.
4. Write your port number in all 4 inputs like Wan Port and Start Mapping port in my case that port number will be 3306 for mysql
5. Then go to Port Forwarding(Application List) and add your app which you created in previous steps and also put your local IP then click on add as shown in below picture.
